Originally from Chicago, Shaun trained with legendary improv guru Del Close at The ImprovOlympic Conservatory in Chicago.

Shaun is both a professional actor and stuntman.

James Elden - Actor, Writer

James first realized his passion for acting after being kicked off his high-school radio station for saying “orgasm” on the air. It was then that he found himself in Mrs. Schaefer’s third period drama class, and the flame ignited. Fearing the repercussions of Y2K, James waited until after January 1st, 2000, to make the move from Sacramento to Los Angeles.

A graduate of Improv Olympic West, in Hollywood, he has accrued numerous theatrical, film and television credits, including the Sci-Fi Channel original “Momentum” with Teri Hatcher, multiple episodes of “General Hospital” and taking penis enlargement pills for “Penn & Tellers’ Bullsh*t.” Save your money, they don’t work.

Lon Gowan - Actor, Writer

Lon has worked in Hollywood as an Actor and Stuntman since 1990. He has also worked professionally as an award winning Writer and Director. Lon has had Guest-Star acting roles on many TV Shows and Films including Private Practice, The Mentalist, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, The Tonight Show, General Hospital, and Blossom. His Stunt credits include The Unit, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Young and the Restless, ReVamped, and more. He has Doubled Dylan Baker and Ray Romano and wishes one of them would become an action Star. Additionally, Lon has been a principle performer in over 35 National commercials.

Lon is a graduate of Johnson State Collage in Vermont and also went to Emerson Collage in Boston. He studied Improv at the famed Second City in Los Angeles where he is very proud to have studied under Dick Schall, Avery Schreiber, and Lewis Arquette.

Lon and his talented wife, Julie Dolan, live in Sherman Oaks in a lovely picket fenced cottage that they share with their 85lb American Pit-bull Terrier, Bosco.

Andrew J. Hillis - Actor, Writer

Andrew graduated college with a BFA degree in Acting from Point Park College in Pittsburgh, PA. After graduating he spent the next few years performing professionally doing live theater. Some credits include: Petruchio in The Taming of the Shrew, Samson Carrasco in a TYA touring company production of Don Quixote, Tybalt in Romeo and Juliet, where he also served as fight captain, and an eight month contract in South Korea as a magicians assistant where he worked along side dangerous tigers, leopards, and showgirls.

Seeking warmer weather Andrew moved out to Los Angeles 11 years ago. Commercial credits include IHOP and most recently KLONDIKE where he can been seen getting his chest waxed. Andrew has also appeared on General Hospital as a tuxedo salesman and a city official.

Art Oden - Actor, Writer

Art has been bouncing around the theater since the age of 14 when he sang in the chorus of Damn Yankees in high school. Since then,he has trained as an actor at the University of Memphis and performed in over 70 theatrical productions. Credits include The Hothouse, Comedy of Errors, Henry V, Dancing at Lughnasa, Laughter on the 23rd Floor, The Glass Menagerie, A Few Good Men and Noises Off.

Michael Duisenberg - Stage Manager, Special Guest

a.k.a. Duizie has been watching and helping Santasia shows for many years, last year he became the stage manager/father/babysitter of this band of misfits for the first time. And somehow he is doing it again!  Where else do you get to reward you're charges with alcohol!  This show is always a great night of laughter,  why not spend multiple nights laughing, so with pleasure Duizie is again sitting in the worst view seat in the house (okay not IN the house, but backstage(which is a whole show in itself sometimes)), helping make this production be alive with lights and sound cues, and celebratory drinking once in a while!  Outside of being here for an enjoyable Holiday show, Michael can be seen working on different television, film and commercial projects.  A list of which are accessible on the infamous IMDb.com at www.imdb.me/michaelduisenberg  "Subtle Joe", a short film that he wrote and starred in was accepted to Northern California Film Festival, which is currently airing on their local distribution channels. Omar D. Brancato - Musical Director, Understudy

Omar composed the music and lyrics for the NCTF national award winning adaptation of BEAUTY & THE BEAST, the incidental music for the Chicago revival of THE BOYS NEXT DOOR, and additional music for HOGPATCH HOLLER. He scored the film HOLLYWOOD GAMBLE and composed additional music for the film MONSTER HEROES.

As an arranger/orchestrator, he’s put the notes in order for FORD, HEWLETT PACKARD, McDONALDS, GYPSY OF THE YEAR, SEIBEL SYSTEMS, OCEAN PARK HONG KONG, UNIVERSAL STUDIOS (HOLLYWOOD and SINGAPORE) and the BELLAGIO and MIRAGE HOTELS in Las Vegas as well as multiple BC/EFA benefits.

Andy Palmer - Associate Producer, Writer

Andy celebrates 10 years behind the scenes with Santasia this season, but has appeared in 5 of their parody films.

He is originally from New York where he studied at Circle in the Square. Since then his various acting career includes Off Broadway Shakespeare opp. Robert Sean Leonard, recurring roles in NY & LA soap operas, stage fighting for the Metropolitan Opera opp. Placido Domingo, and numerous television and film roles, including working with Oscar Winner Cameron Crowe.

In addition to his Producing duties on Santasia, Andy produces a web series paying homage to the Spy genre of the 60s and 70s entitled “The Adventures of Super7even”. His Horror film, “Demon Legacy” with Oscar Nominee John Savage, is set for release in 2012.
